The application of TOMUU’s furniture actuators

If you ever wondered what the driving force was for furniture like electric sofas and recliners, the answer is usually linear actuators. The movement of the metal frame inside the sofas or chairs is pushed by linear actuators so that you can recline your upper body and raise your legs into a comfortable position. The user only needs to push the control switch to adjust the seat to their desired level.

The Tomuu U5 linear actuator is a device which can change the rotational motion of the motor into linear motion. TOMUU- U5 linear actuator features small volume, high precision, full synchronization, good self-locking performance, high safety level, and are directly driven by a reliable motor. The linear actuator can be flexibly controlled by a wired or wireless linear actuator controller to control your furniture’s reclining functions. The wire of the linear actuator controller can be hidden in the sofa and the user can control the lift, drop, tilt, and rotation of the sofa back through the control panel conveniently.

The application of TOMUU’s furniture actuators

The advantages of TOMUU-U5 linear actuators:

· Compact and reliable structure. It utilizes a high quality trapezoidal lead screw made of stainless steel.

· Self-locking function with limit switch to adjust the stroke for maximum safety.

· Equipped with a potentiometer to realize high precision control.

· Stroke ranges from 50mm to 800mm which can be customized.

· TOMUU provides matching mounting accessories which are all lightweight, easy to install, and convenient to operate.

· This high performance linear actuator is cost-effective and extremely quiet. Its noise level is less than 42db.

· CE certification.

· Its operating temperature ranges from -25℃ to 65℃.

· Wired or wireless linear actuator controllers are optional. The linear actuator uses a DC motor when the power input lines are interchanged, the output shaft moves in the opposite direction (fore and aft movement).
